October 3, 2010 Whole Foods

Adrian is feeling good, the back ache is barely there - he's able to move around really well.
This morning we went to Whole Foods and met up with Christy & Matt and their daughter Dillon (hope I spelled it right).
It was great, sun was out but not super warm and we just hung out all morning. We are so lucky to have the Flagship store of Whole Foods here in Austin. Its simply amazing.

Short and sweet, Adrian is back on track!
